Do you offer Medicare rebates?

Yes. Aylin Shilling is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and Medicare registered. You can access rebates through a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. We offer telehealth sessions to clients anywhere in Australia, as well as in-person sessions at our Essendon location.

What therapy approaches do you use?

We use a range of evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each individual client.

Do you work with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)?

Yes. Aylin has a particular interest in working with people living with or exploring a diagnosis of BPD, including those who experience intense emotions, unstable relationships, or a fragmented sense of self. DBT and Schema Therapy are used as primary treatment approaches.

Do you see adolescents?

Yes. We work with adults and adolescents aged 16 and above.

We are located at 1 Woodland Street, Essendon, Melbourne VIC 3040. We also offer telehealth sessions Australia wide.

Do you offer couples therapy?

Yes. We offer couples and relationship therapy in addition to individual therapy sessions.

Do you offer after-hours appointments?

Yes. After-hours sessions are available after 5pm on Fridays, in person at our Essendon office or via telehealth. After-hours sessions are $220 for 50 minutes.

Do you have experience working with Turkish-Australian clients?

Yes. Aylin has a particular interest in supporting first generation Turkish Australians navigating identity, belonging, and the experience of living between two cultures.
